Online Registration
Online registration for Clark County School District (CCSD) students for the 2025-26 school year is now open.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 1st, 2025 in order to enroll.
Clark County School District provides parents access to Infinite Campus, a computer-based system that track grades and attendance. Simply enter the login ID and password that have been provided to you to review you child's information.

1 . Complete online registration (make sure to write down application number you are given after you submit):
Students New to CCSD: Click on the following link to create an account kiosk.olr.ccsd.net
Students Returning to CCSD: Click the following link to access your account: http://campus.ccsd.net/campus/portal/clark.jsp
**Students new to CCSD with older siblings already in district, go to returning students & add pre-k/kindergarten student to account
2. Send the following documents in one email per family to [email protected]
Students new to CCSD (new pre-k or kindergarten/ out of state/ charter school):
- Include application number in the email
-Picture Identification of parent or guardian (driver's license or personal ID card)
-Proof of address (copy of a major utility bill in parent name, rent receipt, or residence lease /sales contract)
-Child's ID (birth certificate, passport, or certified birth card)
-Immunization record
Students returning to CCSD (enrolled in 2022-2023 school year):
-Include application number in the email
-Proof of address (copy of a major utility bill in parent name, rent receipt, or residence lease /sales contract)
-Picture Identification of parent or guardian (driver's license or personal ID card)
Other documents as needed:
- COSA (Change of School Assignment- see link for more information: http://itsyourchoice.ccsd.net/
- Shared Housing- If you have a child or children that attends Beatty ES on a Shared Housing status and you wish to apply for Shared Housing
status for the next school year, the district has included this as a part of the online registration process that you will
complete through Infinite Campus. Your Shared Housing status will be processed and approved through the Education
Service Division of CCSD.
All registration forms MUST be attached to ONE email and sent to [email protected]
