Pre-k arrival and dismissal is located on north side of the school off Clauser Ave. The meeting area is by the main office doors.
Kindergarten arrival and dismissal is located on the kindergarten playground. Enter the north side of the school off Clauser Ave at the gate by the small playground.
1st- 5th grade arrival and dismissal is located on the main playground. Enter the east side of the school at the large gate.

Can my child bring a treat for their birthday celebration or a class party?
For birthday celebrations, students may bring treats with them when they come to school. Treats will be passed out as students leave for the day so please be sure to send an item that is easy to hand out and contains NO NUTS.
For class parties, please wait for communication from your child's teacher. Clear drinks in individual portions and individually wrapped treats that contain NO NUTS are preferred. The treats will be distributed at the end of the day during the last 30-40 minutes of the school day.

My child lost an item, how do I get it back?
Children are inclined to lose things. Please mark all items clearly with your child’s name. This simple measure will help us to return lost items quickly. Students may claim lost items by checking the lost and found in the Multi-purpose Room. Lost items such as money, purses, jewelry, and glasses can be claimed in the front office. Items are only stored for a short duration and then given to a local charity.

Safekey is a program for parents who need assistance with child care before and/or after school. It is a county program and is not run by Beatty ES. All applications are filled out on paper and payment must be done online prior to attending. The morning session is from 6:30-7:30 a.m., and the afternoon session is from 2:11-6:00 p.m. each school day. The Safekey program consists of a nutritional break, time for homework and a variety of activities. Safekey can be reached at 702-455-8251.
